Greetings and welcome to my blog. As the domain name indicates, your humble blogger goes by the nom de guerre of Curtis Staropoli.

To make a long story short, I am an attorney based in Pennsylvania who has been practicing law in the areas of business litigation and transactions and personal injury for nearly 17 years.  During this time I  have been employed as an associate attorney in several Philadelphia-area law firms, and, in 2002, I established my own practice which I creatively named "The Law Offices of Curtis Staropoli, LLC" (www.cstaropolilaw.com).

The goal of my law practice is simple: To provide to small businesses and individuals the same level of quality representation at vastly more affordable rates than that which is offered to them by "big" firms -- and to simultaneously provide them with lawyers who respond to them on a near immediate basis. Thus far, I have been successful in achieving this goal, and I will continue to remain dedicated to the provision to regular folks of high quality, highly responsive representation at affordable rates.

The purpose of this blog is also simple -- to provide legal news and analysis that is accessible and relevant to the concerns of the folks that my firm caters to in its practice.

I am new to this blogging thing, and I will be amazed and admittedly pleased if I actually end up having any readers, but I will do my best to produce content that is substantive and relevant to people's lives here.
